1. How can I tell if my bag is authentic?

We place great emphasis on carefully selecting each item before we commit to a purchase. All our items go through a rigorous inspection process where our team of highly skilled authenticators and advanced third-party microscopic authentication technology examine details of the condition, quality, and authenticity on a micro level.

2. Will I receive an original invoice or a certificate of authenticity?

For privacy reasons, we cannot issue original invoices from previous owners. However, upon request, we can issue an additional certificate of authenticity for a fee of €80. If a certificate is available at the time of purchase, we will gladly provide it. Even without a certificate, our invoice serves as proof that you have purchased an authenticated original item.

3. Where do your products come from?

This is understandably a frequently asked question. While we can't list every supplier, our items come from a combination of affluent private individuals, leading fashion stylists, and retailers. However, we are not affiliated with the brands sold on our website and cannot source new products.

4. Do you sell new items?

We offer beautiful vintage pieces and unique second-hand designer classics. Some are unworn, while others have been previously used and may show minor signs of wear. You can find detailed information about the condition of an item in its description and through our professional photos.

5. Do you take reservations for specific items?

Yes, you can reserve specific items by contacting us via email (Sales@miloura.com). The product will be exclusively reserved for you for the next 24 hours, during which only you can purchase the item. You can cancel your reservation at any time.

Shipping & Returns

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Express shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days. To track your shipment, please use the provided tracking number.

2. Is my package insured?

Yes, your package is insured against loss, theft, and damage until it reaches the shipping address.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely, we ship worldwide! All international shipments are sent securely and with care.Please note that some international shipments (especially high-value ones) may incur customs fees, which are beyond Miloura’s control. All customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Prices listed on the Miloura website exclude any duties or taxes that may be applied upon import.

4. Can I return an item?

An item can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery. The item must be in the same condition as it was received. Nut only for eu countries
