Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, returns, and refunds work depending on where your order ships — and who covers the cost of sending it back.

Who this policy covers

Your cancellation rights depend entirely on where your order is shipped.

Orders placed from outside the EU, or shipped to a destination outside the EU, are final. These cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

If you reside within the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days, without giving a reason. This 14-day period begins on the day you — or someone you've nominated, other than the carrier — takes possession of the goods.

How to notify us

To exercise your right to cancel, send us a clear statement of your decision. A model cancellation form is available on request, though using it isn't mandatory — a simple email or letter works just as well.

The detail behind the table

  1. Because we're located in Germany, every order shipped within Germany gets a free return shipping label, regardless of order value.
  2. For EU orders under €1,000, outbound delivery is free, but we don't cover the return label — you can purchase one yourself and arrange the return at your own cost.

How refunds are issued

If you cancel your contract, we'll refund all payments received from you using the same payment method as your original transaction, unless we've explicitly agreed otherwise. You will never be charged a fee for the refund itself.

We may withhold the refund until we've received the returned goods, or until you've provided proof of postage — whichever happens first.

Return deadline

Goods must be returned or handed over to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation. As with notifying us, the deadline is met as long as you send the goods before this window closes.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, per the table above.

Returning goods in good condition

You're only liable for a reduction in value if it resulted from handling the item beyond what's necessary to check its condition, properties, and function — think of it the way you'd handle something in a shop before buying it.
