Refund Policy

Please note that all orders placed from outside the EU or shipped to destinations outside the EU are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are a customer residing within the EU, you have the right to cancel this contract and request a refund within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

While not mandatory, you may use the attached model cancellation form.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for the refund.

Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, or functionality. Items are excluded from return and refund if the security or return tags have been removed.
