When you choose us to sell your item, it means one essential thing: trust. Trust is not something we take for granted — it is a responsibility. We deeply understand and appreciate the confidence you place in us, and we handle your pieces with the highest level of care.

We intend to support those who truly benefit from our service. At the same time, we aim to remain fair and transparent; therefore, we cannot accept unrealistic price expectations. Whenever possible, please refer to similar pieces listed in our online shop.

By accepting consignment items, we assume several responsibilities and risks:

  • Safe storage and careful handling of your items
  • Risk of wear, damage, or loss
  • Authentication, photography, and premium presentation
  • Online listing, visibility, and communication with potential buyers

To maintain our service quality, we kindly ask you not to submit items that clearly do not match our assortment level. This helps us support those who genuinely need our service.


Consignment Fee

Our consignment fee is 20% of the final selling price.

 

How It Works

Please send us photos of the item, the receipt (if available), and your realistic expected selling price. Due to the high volume of requests, email replies may take longer — thank you for your understanding.

2. Evaluation

If the suggested price does not reflect the current market, we may not be able to respond to every individual request. Our team capacity is limited, and we want to remain fair to all clients.

3. Delivering Your Item

Once we agree on a realistic selling price, you can ship your item or bring it to our boutique:

4. Consignment Agreement

Before we begin selling, we prepare a consignment agreement that is signed by both parties. This contract ensures clarity and transparency.

5. Sale & Payment

  • You will be informed as soon as your item is sold.
  • Payment is issued 14 days after the sale, following German consumer regulations.
  • If the item does not sell within 2 months, you may collect it from our boutique.

This timeframe is required for authentication, professional photography, listing, and ensuring the right potential buyer discovers your item.

We welcome bags from the following designers: Hermès, Chanel, Bottega Veneta, Louis Vuitton, Parda, Gucci, Saint Laurent, and Dior. Apart from these, we are accepting.

2. How do I sell my luxury item with Miloura?

Selling with Miloura is simple. Start by submitting your item through our online form with photos and details. Our team will review your submission and provide a quote. Once you accept, we guide you through a secure process to send us your item for authentication and final pricing.

3. Do I have to pay for shipping or delivery?

Shipping costs are covered by Miloura for items valued over €2,000. For items below this amount, the seller is responsible for the shipping cost. We always provide a secure, insured shipping method to ensure your item is fully protected.

4. Do you buy items directly or only sell on consignment?

We only offer consignment basis bags.

5. How will I receive payment?

We will give you payament within 15 days after item sold, We offer secure payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or another agreed-upon method.

6. Can I sell multiple items at once?

Absolutely! Whether it’s a single handbag or a curated collection, we can handle multiple items efficiently. Simply submit each item with details and photos.

7. I am living outside the EU Can I sell my bag with Miloura?

Unfortunately, at this moment, we can only accept bags for consignment sale that are shipped to us from within the EU.
