Term & Condition for Miloura Gift Card

Miloura Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Miloura Gift Cards purchased or issued through miloura.com. By purchasing, using, or accepting a Miloura Gift Card, you agree to these terms.

1. General Information

  • Miloura Gift Cards are issued and managed by Miloura, and can be redeemed exclusively on www.miloura.com or in our shop (Hochbrückenstraße 4, 80331 München)
  • Gift Cards are available in fixed denominations and can be purchased online like any other product.
  • Each Gift Card contains a unique digital code that must be entered at checkout to apply the card’s balance.

2. Redemption

  • Gift Cards may be used to purchase any product available on miloura.com, including preloved designer bags, accessories, shoes, and clothing.
  • If your order total exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance can be paid using another accepted payment method.
  • If the order total is less than the Gift Card value, the unused balance will remain on the card for future use.

3. Validity & Expiry

  • Miloura Gift Cards expire in 2years and carry no service fees.
  • Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or redeemed for cash.

4. Delivery

  • Gift Cards are digital and will be delivered via email to the purchaser after payment is confirmed. Please also check in the spam and social folders.
  • The purchaser may forward the email or digital code to the recipient of their choice.
  • Miloura is not responsible for incorrect email addresses provided during purchase.

5. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

  • Please treat your Gift Card code like cash.
  • Lost, stolen, or misused Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded once issued.
  • Miloura is not liable for unauthorized use of a Gift Card.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
  • If you return an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be credited back to a new digital Gift Card.

7. Fraud & Abuse

  • Miloura reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold a Gift Card and associated orders if it suspects fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Miloura reserves the right to modify or update these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
